- Gas rate – This is a measurement that will allow us to compare against MI’s and how much gas you are using.
- Calibration & Flue Gas Analysis – If the boiler allows for the gas valve to be calibrated this is carried out and the flue gasses are analysed to confirm compliance with MI’s.
- Flue integrity test – This will identify that the flue seals are in good working order and correctly installed.
- Visual Inspection – A visual inspection of the outer casing and internals of the boiler are carried out and any potential issues are identified.
- Clean Condensate trap – The condensate trap is flush clear of debris.
- Safety device test – The gas supply is purposely interrupted, this will force the gas valve to fault out and confirm correct operation.
